Policy

• Refunds will not be issued for orders cancelled 7 days or less from the reservation start date.
• An administrative fee will apply to orders cancelled 7 days or more from the reservation start date.
• Any changes to this original order must be emailed to rental@rentgrs.com or faxed to 302-227-3152 at least 48 hours prior to the reservation start date.
• Deliveries take place between 2pm-6pm.  Picks up begin on departure day at 8:30am.  All linens must be in CLEAR BAGS.
• $50.00 will be charged to your credit card if items are not outside and ready for pick up on departure day.
